My name is Virginia Jiménez Sánchez, a qualified Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Murcia (Spain) in 2015. 

During my training, I completed placements in a variety of areas including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, neurology, respiratory care, lymphoedema, paediatrics, intensive care, and pelvic health.

After graduating, I worked in a physiotherapy clinic in Cartagena, Spain, where I gained further experience in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. In 2016, I moved to the UK to continue developing my professional career.

I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP), and have worked in the UK since 2016. After a short period working in paediatrics, I joined Leonard Cheshire, where I spent eight years supporting people with neurological conditions including spinal cord injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury, Huntington’s disease and spina bifida.

I regularly attend courses, seminars and conferences to keep my knowledge up to date and ensure I provide the highest standard of care.

I founded JS Physio to make physiotherapy more accessible for people who may struggle to attend clinics or who wish to avoid long waiting lists. My aim is to provide professional, personalised treatment that helps clients improve their mobility, independence and quality of life.
